| Q: CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS |

Please email me your order number, contact name and new shipping address before your order has been processed and shipped.

| Q: LOST PACKAGE |
Once package has shipped to USPS or UPS, I unfortunately have no control of any lost package. You may email me and I can report it to the post office for your lost package. No replace or Refund towards any lost package. 

| Q: COMBINDING ORDERS |
Once your order has been purchased. Please provide me your order numbers and email. This will allow me to offer you a refund for shipping on the second order that your wish to combine with the first. I will get you the refund as quickly as possible, but please be patient. Please fill out combine order form.

| Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? | 
Unfortunately, order cancellation is not available. Please purchase if you are 100% on your order. 

| Q: PREORDER |
Pre-orders are a non in-stock product. Pre-orders are an guarantee slot for the first shipment. Please note that pre-orders do take a month or four depending on the manufacture. 

| Q: DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? |
Yes I do ship worldwide except Brazil, EU Regions, Northern Ireland Regions. Please note that all international shipping does take 1-3 weeks to arrive to its destination. International shipping does have a higher shipping price. All shipment carriers will be sent out by USPS and then to Asendia. 

As of 12/13/2024: Due to regulations, I'm no longer shipping to the EU Regions, Northern Ireland Regions and Brazil.
